Join us for a visit to Treborth Botanic Garden
A chance to explore the ferns at Treborth Botanic Garden's glasshouses and gardens organised by the Exotic Fern Group and Treborth. A celebration of exotic ferns. The day will begin with several talks. Natalie Chivers, Curator at Treborth, will provide an overview of the gardens, Richard Storey and Ruth Yap will show us some of the ferns they came across on a conservation adventure to Sumatra and Peter Blake, President of the Exotic Fern Group, will talk about some special ferns he saw in Madeira. Before lunch there will be a guided tour around the glasshouses. After lunch there will be a tour of the gardens. The day will end with a charity plant swap with proceeds going to the Exotic Fern Group and Treborth.
