Over the past fifteen years, Peter has sown almost 900 batches of fern spores. Over the years, he has continually refined his technique, upgraded his materials, and tracked every milestone—from the very first sign of green to the final potting out.

Growing ferns from spores is an incredibly fun and rewarding hobby that can be sometimes frustrating, but sometimes incredibly easy once you know the basics. In this session, Peter will share his tried-and-tested method to take the guesswork out of the process for beginners. He will look at how easily you can get started, discuss alternative techniques, and show you how to comfortably grow your very own spectacular ferns from scratch.
